Exit the airport by taking a left on TX-71 Westbound for one mile.  Merge on 183 Northbound and continue for 26 miles.  Exit 183 and turn left or west on RM 1431 or E. Whitestone Blvd. Continue on RM 1431 for 11 miles before tuning left on Lohmans Ford Rd.  Travel south on Lohmans Ford for six miles.  Turn left on Ivean Pearson Rd. and Waterstone will be seen on the outermost point road.
Take TX-1 (Mopac Expressway) north for six and a half miles to US-183.  Follow US -183 north for 11 miles before exiting and tuning left on RM 1431.  Continue on RM 1431 for 11 miles before tuning left on Lohmans Ford Rd.  Travel south on Lohmans Ford for six miles.  Turn left on Ivean Pearson Rd. and Waterstone will be seen on the outermost point road
Take IH-35 southbound for 172 miles until exit 256 for Cedar Park / RM 1431.  Turn right or west on 1431 and continue for 20 miles.  Travel south on Lohmans Ford for six miles.  Turn left on Ivean Pearson Rd. and Waterstone will be seen on the outermost point road.
Take US-290 westbound for 143 miles.  Take a right or northbound exit onto TX-130 / TX-45.  Continue north for 8 miles before taking exit 428B on TX-45 W.  Travel west for 12 miles before merging onto TX-183 N for four miles.  Exit TX-183 N on RM 1431 and travel 11 miles west.  Turn left or south on Lohmans Ford Rd. and continue for six miles.  Take another left on Ivean Pearson Rd. and Waterstone will be seen on the outermost point road.
Take IH-35 north for 84 miles before merging on TX-183 N.  Continue on TX-183 for 15 miles before exiting and tuning left on RM 1431.  Continue on RM 1431 for 11 miles before tuning left on Lohmans Ford Rd.  Travel south on Lohmans Ford for six miles.  Turn left on Ivean Pearson Rd. and Waterstone will be seen on the outermost point road.
